The Rule of 100
There are many times in life, when pursuing a goal, that we look at ourselves and ask, "Is it even worth it?" We are unable to see the progress and the point of our efforts. Maybe it's because we see ourselves every day and the daily progress is so small it's difficult to see. Maybe we are just harsh on ourselves and want to see the bigger result quicker. Regardless of the reasoning, we cannot reach bigger goals without smaller ones. In the laws of the universe, I believe to obtain something far from reach, we must measure ourselves in measurements of 100.
Don't judge your works in the gym until after 100 days of exercise. Don't judge your social media influence until after 100 posts. Don't judge your relationship status until after 100 interactions with people. By applying the rule of 100 to our lives, we can put things into better perspective. It takes work and effort to obtain a goal. As I like to say, nothing worth anything comes easy.
